CUIDADO, ESTAFAN A LA GENTE !
CUIDADO, ESTAFAN A LA GENTE !!!! Nos alojamos en diciembre, a temperaturas bajo cero, y la calefacción no tenía potencia ninguna. La dueña se comprometió a enviar a alguien para subirla pero NO SE PRESENTÒ NADIE y cada vez que intentaba contactar con ella, rechazaba la llamada. Nos tuvimos que buscar otro hotel en la misma calle, a toda prisa y de noche y no dieron la cara en ningun momento. Lo pusimos en conocimiento de la Policía Local y les hemos puesto una denuncia en Consumo. Todo el mundo puede entender que se estropee la calefacción o haya cualquier contratiempo, pero es intolerable que no te ofrezcan soluciones y te dejen LITERALMENTE TIRADOS. No descansaré hasta que reciban la sanción que merecen. Confío en que la Administración actúe y no permita que este tipo de establecimientos estafen a viajeros que vienen, con mucha ilusión, a esta maravillosa ciudad.

BE CAREFULL !! This hotel is a very bad option !! The owner does not help the people if you have a problem, for example, with the heating...even if is winter !!!! In addition, it is dirty and dark. The only good thing is the location, but there are other places around much better and with professional and honest people working there.
