This space, which was built as an extension of the old auditorium of Cáceres, has unique characteristics to host any type of event, be it congresses, conferences, courses, or concerts... both within its walls and in its large outdoor auditorium. It has a total an area of 22,600 m2, including both the old and new parts of the building.
Its main auditorium can accommodate up to 1,270 spectators, but special attention should be paid to the space that opens to the city as a public square and an open auditorium, presided over by the sculptural work, Alegoría de la Danza (Allegory of Dance), by the Extremaduran artist, Miguel Sanson. This square has a capacity of 500 spectators. Also noteworthy is the panoramic room, in which contemporary architecture coexists with luminosity and serenity.
In addition, the Conference Centre of Cáceres has dressing rooms, a VIP room, spaces to house technical services, exhibition areas, and six meeting rooms perfectly equipped to accommodate any type of event.
