Fuente Concejo preserves an old coat of arms, with the barracks of Castilla y León.
It is one of the landmarks of the people of Cáceres when they go up accompanying the virgin on the way to the Sanctuary of the Mountain. The fountain has already disappeared but not its toponymic and the beautiful view of the Monumental Zone from the environment where it was located.
