Shopping
Cáceres is a modern city that offers its visitors a wide range of establishments for shopping. The most interesting and crowded shops and commercial premises of the city can be found in:
Cánovas Area, fashion boutiques of important national brands in the streets of San Pedro de Alcántara, Gómez Becerra, Primo de Rivera and Avda. Virgen de la Montaña.
Downtown, from jewellery stores to shoe shops, accessories and sports to shops of typical products of Caceres gastronomy in the streets of San Pedro, Pintores, Plaza de San Juan and Plaza Mayor.
Ruta de la Plata Shopping Center Area. Shops, franchises and leisure area, cafeterias, etc...
Every Wednesday of the year, from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., a market is held in Ronda de la Pizarra Street. You can find everything from typical products, fruits, vegetables, sweets, sausages to all kinds of clothing, footwear and accessories at very good prices.
We also offer you a selection of shops where you will find the gastronomic products of our land, an unbeatable souvenir of your visit to our city. Likewise, in the surroundings of the Plaza de San Jorge, the Plaza de San Juan or the Provincial Craft Centre in the Casa de los Moraga you can find a wide variety of products typical of the province and the region, such as ceramics, goldsmithing, embroidery, lace, cabinetmaking, basketry, carpentry, marble objects, alabaster, copper and brass, cork, leather and skin.
