Birdwatching
This eagle is easily recognised in flight by its totally pale underparts except for the brownish head and breast. A summer visitor, several pairs nest in the sierras and dehesas around the city. The best places to spot it are the lookout points of these sierras (the shrine called “Santuario de la Montaña”, the hill called La Sierrilla, etc...).
