Located outside the Historic Centre, very close to the Main Square
Located outside the Historic Centre, very close to the Main Square, this palace-house is the work of various periods, although the main façade dates from the eighteenth century, we can see remains of a fifteenth-century tower.
In the interior, there is a patio from the seventeenth century with semi-circular arches on Tuscan columns.
It belonged to the Carvajal family, to whom Manuel Godoy was related, the Prime Minister to King Carlos IV.
This building has been listed as Cultural Interest in the Monument category since 1992.
Recommendations: It is currently the headquarters of the Institute of Architects, where cultural activities are held.
