It is a Gothic house that was reformed in the fifteenth century. Its main façade is made of granite masonry with a semi-circular arch that, along with the lineage crests, is framed by an alfiz. In the upper part, we can see two Gothic windows accenting the house.
It was built by the Paredes, one of the first families that arrived in Cáceres after the Reconquest, later becoming the property of the Ovando.
