In 1981, the San Francisco Cultural Complex - El Brocense Cultural Institute was established, which includes the Eulogio Blasco School of Fine Arts, a dance school and a music conservatory. It has been used for various purposes throughout its history: as a residence for famous people, as the headquarters of the School of Scholastic Theology and a major library, as barracks and stables during the war, as a provincial hospital, as a house of mercy, as a refuge for poor passers-by and as a school-residence for orphans in the province.
