Roman statue 1st century is in the Museum of Cáceres.
Monument that represents a human figure with the folds of her very pronounced dresses and that holds the horn of plenty in her left hand, it is also known as the goddess Ceres.
She was between 1820 and 1962 in the Torre de Bujaco, in the Plaza Mayor of Cáceres. Because of the weight of it, it was decided to withdraw from the Tower and it was located in the Foro de los Balbos, on one of the sides of the City Council of Cáceres. In 1996 it was replaced by a marble copy made by the Popular University, the original being exhibited in the Museum of Cáceres.
