A meeting of scooterists and pop and rock lovers who get together in Cáceres in September.
The “Rally Ibérico Europa Sur” is the first Scooter Rally with a clear Spanish-Portuguese vocation to gather in Cáceres Vespa and Lambretta fans from Spain and Portugal. The gathering, which emerged from the entrails of the Cáceres Pop Art Festival in 2009, became independent in 2010 to be named “Europa Sur Festival”, a meeting of scooter riders and pop and rock lovers who gather in Cáceres in September to enjoy scooters and live music.
