It is an Almohad tower built in the twelfth century. It has an octagonal floor plan with four bevelled corners and a height of about seven metres.
It was built atop an old Roman tower, using the rammed earth method for its construction. It is solid all the way to the top, where there is still a residence.
Recommendations: It is very close to Calle Pizarro, with bars for drinks and tapas, as well as the Helga de Alvear Foundation.
