This house, considered an architectural jewel of Cáceres of the 20th century
This house, considered an architectural jewel of Cáceres of the 20th century, is located at number 3, Avenida de España, and was designed by the architect, Ángel Pérez.
Its name comes from the first owner and developer in the year 1927.
The building has three floors, an attic, and a turret jutting out from the corner; however, we must note that the house is actually made up of two homes. It stands out for its eclectic façade with Neo- Plateresque references and beautiful artisan details.
Recommendations: It is very close to the Canovas and Calvo Sotelo parks, and is easily identified since the building belongs to BBVA bank, with offices in the lower part.
