This five-storey Sevillian-style building was built in 1932 by the municipal architect, Ángel Pérez. It is the last building on Calle San Antón, on the corner of Calle Santa Apolonia.
The terrace stands out for its ornamental details and enamelled ceramic pinnacles, as well as a large skylight crowning the staircase.
For years, it was the seat of the Spanish Central Bank, but later it has been rehabilitated for commercial and office use.
Recommendations: Its location is perfect for taking a walk through the parks of Calvo Sotelo and Cánovas
